Perhaps the brightest prospect to come from the Dartford Academy in recent years, Olly got the first taste of game time in the Kent Senior Cup competition, with two substitute appearances during the 2022-23 campaign. However, he soon made a name for himself, scoring on his starting debut in a 2-1 victory at Dover Athletic. The teen followed that up with a superb brace in the 3-2 defeat at Slough Town, three days later. He went on to make 20 appearances that season.
His natural pace and movement and enthusiasm for the game, has led to him becoming a crowd favourite, with a double-figure goal tally for 24/25 ensuring he was rarely out of the starting line-up. Olly took the Young Player of the Season award at the DFCSA Awards night at the end of the season.
