It’s easy to forget that Sam is still only in his early 20s, such has been the defender’s progress in recent years. The Dartford Academy Graduate has already notched up over 100 appearances in all competitions for the Darts.

The youngster has made the left-back position his own, scoring his first goal for the club in the 3-2 defeat at Concord Rangers on the 20th of April 2023.

In 24/25 he made 47 appearances, adding five goals to his name and was one of the players to pick up the Vice President’s Award for most Man of the Matches at the DFCSA Awards night at the end of the season.
