The 21-year-old started out at Southend Utd, signing for Chelmsford City at the beginning of last season. He also signed on dual registration terms with Bowers & Pitsea, playing for both sides across the year. With Chelmsford making the step to full time, Jacob joined Bowers & Pitsea for the start of 25/26, before moving to DFC this week.
Manager Ady Pennock said: “We are really pleased to sign Jacob, he has lots of energy, can play as an 8 or 10 and is a very good footballer.
“He’s someone I’ve known about for some time. He was with us for a month during the summer, but wasn’t quite match fit. He went and got some matches under his belt, he’s done very well at Bowers & Pitsea and we’ve got him back in.
“He’ll be a very good signing for the squad.”
Good luck Jacob from all at DFC!
