Dartford Women will face Somerset outfit Keynsham Town in Round 2 of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup.

Their opponents beat Bournemouth Sports 1-0 in the last round and play in Division One South West of the Women’s National League.

Our Women’s team co-managers Martin McCarthy and Connor Dymond featured on the live draw at Chatham.

After the draw Martin told TNT Sports Football: “We’ve avoided some names we probably didn’t want to get but we don’t know too much about them and they probably won’t know too much about us so it will make for an entertaining game and one that the girls at Dartford are probably looking forward to.”

Connor said: “We’ve still got to win the game. We’re very thankful it’s a home draw again, we’ve been very fortunate, so hopefully we can capitalise on that and get to the next round.”
